KL Deemed to be University gets 4 star rating from Ministry of Education (MOE’s) Institution’s Innovation Council

 KL Deemed to be University, one of India’s leading private universities, recently received 4-star rating by the Ministry of Education (MOE's) Institution's Innovation Council. KL Deemed to be University is one of the top 59 academic institutions with the highest star rating of 4 on 5-scale this year 2021-2022. The University has scored 85.7217 points out of 100, and total reward of 88.2024, and a 4-Star Rating. The recent rating has graded KL Deemed to be University as one of the highest performers with top star rating of 5, 4.5 and 4 respectively from the last 3 years.

The Center for Innovation, Incubation & Entrepreneurship (CIIE) at KL Deemed to be University has been set up to promote entrepreneurial culture amidst students and creates entrepreneurs by continuous mentoring and training. The center also assist potential startups with a separate incubation center SPVs namely KL Technology Incubators Foundation & ACIC – KL Startups Foundation funded by Department of Science & Technology (DST) and Atal Innovation Mission (AIM), Government of India with technology innovations with Bio and IoT support sectors. KL Deemed to be University has also been awarded the status of Mentor Institute in the year 2021 as one of the 50 institutes in the country to mentor other academic institutes on Innovation & Entrepreneurship ecosystem.  

The Ministry of Education Institution's Innovation Council was established by the Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India, to systematically promote the innovation culture across all Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) in India.
