Continuing the encouraging performance of FY24, the Company has achieved record quarterly turnover and sales during April-June, 2024. Production increased by 8 per cent year-on-year to reach 4.70 lakh tonnes, while sales during the quarter grew by 15 per cent year-on-year to reach 4.53 lakh tonnes.
This growth in production and sales and supported by market forces has enabled the Company to report its best ever quarterly revenue from operations at Rs 492.84 crore and profit before tax at Rs 204.3 crore. Shri Ajit Kumar Saxena, CMD, MOIL said that it is heartening to see the MOIL team maintaining the momentum of high growth. Breaking the myth of first quarter syndrome, business and sales have surpassed the previous fourth quarter performance.
