The delivery of Nirdeshak (Yard 3026) marks a significant milestone in India’s maritime capabilities, particularly in hydrographic surveying. This vessel is the second of four planned Survey Vessels (Large), constructed by Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers (GRSE), Kolkata, under the oversight of the Indian Navy’s Warship Design Bureau.
