Vuram Celebrates Annual Day Globally


 

Vuram, a global hyperautomation services company, celebrated its annual day in Bengaluru, on November 4 and 5, 2022 at Chamara Vajra Event Space. Similarly, the annual day was celebrated globally across offices in the USA, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, and Australia. The annual day commemorated the foundation of the dream to create the happiest and most nourishing workplace, connecting teams worldwide.

 

The theme for Vuram Day was ‘Wings’, embodying the organization's values of empathy and togetherness that nourish the people allowing them to rise and soar. The event marked the first social gathering with people from the organization alongside their families traveling to the venue to celebrate the annual day in three years with the previous two annual days celebrated virtually, over the virtual platform developed in-house. The Vuram Day–Wings’22–was celebrated with people from the organization alongside their families traveling to the venue destination, and the organization took upon it the transportation and accommodation costs.

 

The two-day event kickstarted with the children of the employees showcasing their skills in various art and performance followed by messages shared by clients and customers of Vuram, thanking the organization’s consistent and empathetic business services. The second day started with Venkatesh Ramarathinam, the CEO of Vuram, presenting his keynote speech, thanking all the participants, and reiterating the organization’s values and principles followed by honoring those who have completed a decade with the organization. Colonel A. Krishnaswami, a veteran of the Indian Armed Forces, presided over the event as the chief guest delivering an inspirational message and sharing his 32 years of experiences. Colonel Krishnaswami shared his aim of “to be of use to others and to the community” amid applause from the audience honoring his selfless service to the nation and inspiring spirit.

 

Also, the organization honored people to recognize those who actively participated in Vuram Vouches, Upturn Fund, and Vuram Referrals. The organization had achieved major milestones to celebrate, including expanding the organization's global presence to the United Kingdom apart from 6 existing nations supporting over 153 customers across 18 industries and prestigious awards and recognitions in 2022.

 

Vuram has received several prominent recognitions, including being featured among the Inc 5000 fastest-growing private companies in the United States, Rising Star- Product Challenger in Australia by ISG, Fast Company – Best Workplaces for Innovators 2022, Best Workplace of the Year 2022 by Entrepreneur India Magazine, and recognized as a finalist in the Excellence in Change Communication category in the Gartner Communications Awards 2022. The annual day witnessed almost 700 employees accompanied by their family members taking part in a two-day mega celebration. The annual event brought together people in the organization to celebrate togetherness overcoming the pandemic and challenging times realizing the dream of creating the happiest and best nourishing workplace.
